Members of Muswell Hill Chess Club have gradings between 58 and 182 (at the time of writing: this varies a little from year to year).

To get a grading you will need to play at least ten graded games during the season. These are clock games that are sent to the grader and include games played in the club championship, club matches and chess congresses (but not one-day rapid play congresses).
